Scope
These terms govern the rental of a ChauxRooms unit booked directly on this site.
They do not cover other services.

Rooms and capacity
Two independent units: Obsidian and Emerald.
Each unit sleeps 2 guests at most.
Each unit has a private bathroom and a private spa bath.
Enquiry or booking?
A message sent through the form is an enquiry. It is not a booking and does not guarantee availability.
Booking and contract formation
The contract is formed only once full payment is verified. You then receive a confirmation.
Returning to the page after paying is not enough: payment verification decides.
Before paying, you see the total price, the terms and the cancellation deadline.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The full amount is paid at once through Stripe once direct booking opens.

Minimum stay: one night.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00 (Swiss time, Europe/Zurich).

Cancellation
Full refund if we receive the cancellation at least seven days before arrival.
After that, and for no-shows, the full stay is charged.
